Modification on the Booking portal for Gov Banks Employees

  • Modification will be considered same as cancelling and rebooking. Airlines don't promote or give priority for modifications in the existing PNR. Modification is allowed only by Airlines when there is availability and the booking is made on the current fares.
  • The other option is to cancel the existing booking and create a new booking. Refund for the cancelled booking will be processed as per the Airlines policy and rules.
  • In case there is some change required in the passenger’s name, the customer is requested to get in touch with the Airlines directly for the change to be incorporated as Balmer Lawrie has no access or right to make changes on behalf of the passenger.
